Galloping into Spring: Starair Launches New Chapter of Leapfrog Development with New Year Welcoming Event

On February 24 (the eighth day of the Lunar New Year), Starair hosted its New Year welcoming event. All employees gathered to officially commence the Year of the Horse with renewed momentum for the resumption of work and production. The event was attended by He Qinghua (Founder, Chairman, and Chief Expert of Starair), General Manager Deng Yu, and all senior executives.

At the beginning of the event, Mr. He extended New Year blessings to all employees for the Year of the Horse. He noted that Starair achieved breakthroughs across management models, technical products, manufacturing systems, organizational development, and brand influence in 2025.

Aligning with industry competition trends and corporate development, Mr. He reaffirmed the core principles in the annual report "Strengthening Systems and Prioritizing Execution to Drive Leapfrog Development", while outlining Starair's work priorities in 2026. He stressed the need to reinforce the founder-centric management system, advance innovative aviation R&D models, establish a distinctive testing system, build a manufacturing system with core competitiveness, achieve strategic breakthroughs in key product lines, drive leapfrog development to overcome challenges, and spare no effort in accomplishing annual objectives. Subsequently, Mr. He led all senior executives in distributing New Year red envelopes to employees.
