Hunan Starair Technology Co., Ltd. has been recognized as a national-level specialized, refined, and new "Little Giant" enterprise.

Recently, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the fifth batch of specialized, refined, and new "Little Giant" enterprises recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After multiple rounds of selection, Hunan Starair Technology Co., Ltd. made it to the list, receiving the national-level specialized, refined, and new "Little Giant" enterprise honor.

Hunan Starair Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Starair Technology") is a private high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and service of manned light aircraft, drones, and aviation components. Founded in 2008 by Professor He Qinghua, a leading figure in mechanical and electrical engineering at Central South University, Starair Technology has developed a variety of products that fill gaps in the domestic market using the "pioneering innovation" concept. It has established a comprehensive aircraft design, manufacturing, and management system, becoming a leading enterprise in China's general aviation manufacturing industry. Starair Aurora aircraft, a key product in Starair's general aviation portfolio, is the first domestically developed light sport aircraft to receive CAAC airworthiness certification. It is widely used for flight training, private recreation, aerial inspection, and flight demonstrations, leading the domestic market in similar products. Additionally, the company has developed differentiated drone products, such as the FeiYue unmanned helicopter, Starair Aurora fixed-wing drone, electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and high-rise building firefighting tethered drones.
